Hays Recruitment are proud to be supporting a community-based primary school in South Telford, this inclusive school are looking to recruit a motivated and reliable teaching assistant for a full-time long-term contract.
Your new role
In your new role as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will be supporting a year 6 student on a 1:1 basis throughout the school day. You will need to be able to build a rapport with the pupil and support them through a range of different subjects. You will be working closely alongside the class teacher and support them when possible.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need to have experience of working in primary school settings.
- You must be a qualified teaching assistant at level 2 or above or have at least one year's experience as a TA.
- At least two references (One in a school setting)
- An Enhanced DBS Check
