The Role: IFA Administrator As an IFA Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial advisers and providing administrative assistance to both the team and clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Working as part of a friendly and professional back-office support team
- Utilising Intelligent Office (IO) software to manage end to end administrative tasks including various types of new business processing.
- Liaise with third party platforms and product providers about client applications
- Assisting financial advisers with client management and case preparation
- Communicating with clients to address inquiries and assist with financial planning needs
