We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will contribute to making our clients global oranization the best and preffered business for their customers to discover Technical Products.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Own the ideation process for product improvements and new features in partnership with business stakeholders
- Drive the implementation and launch of high-impact features by influencing stakeholders and senior executives
- Utilize analytical skills, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of customers
- Analyze complex data to inform key decisions and optimize product performance
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional business and engineering teams to deliver products
- Manage multiple concurrent projects as a self-starter, ensuring timely completion
- Build and manage the product roadmap for website features that improve the discoverability of complementary items and help selling partners surface relevant products to customers
- Oversee the end-to-end development of high-impact software features, from early vision to global launch
- Work closely with Software Engineering and Applied Science teams to enhance the quality of product recommendations
- Partner with engineering teams to identify and mitigate risks during product delivery, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Collaborate with internal teams globally to define new requirements
- Provide thought leadership for the Hardlines Customer Experience by staying connected to customer/business needs and fostering an innovation mindset
- Own the team's yearly plans and provide product updates for monthly and quarterly reviews
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant product experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Able to deliver with autonomy
- Able to operate, and bring clarity, in areas with high ambiguity
- Makes data-driven decisions
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
- Experience developing and delivering an ML-driven roadmap.
- Able to influence stakeholders outside direct span of control.
