You will be preparing tax returns for review and undertaking peer reviews. Dealing with the day to day tax affairs of your client portfolio, ensuring that engagement letters are in place for clients, and that fees are agreed and billed accordingly. Your client list will include high net-worth individuals, company directors, trusts and estates with some international exposure. You'll also assist other members of the tax team in the overall management of client affairs. Experience of trusts and Inheritance Tax is desirable but not essential.
To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum:
- Minimum of 3 years' previous experience of working within a personal tax environment
- Well-versed in the use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience of handling your own client list
This role falls under the hybrid working policy. Most full-time employees typically spend around 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home - however there's a flexible approach in practice.
