An exciting opportunity has come up for an administrator to join our top client in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This position will be based full time, Monday to Friday, in the office.
Key duties to include:
- Maintaining the internal database system.
- Liaising with customers and clients via email and telephone.
- Keeping up to date with emails and postal duties.
- Undertaking compliance, photocopying, scanning and document filing tasks.
- Maintaining datarooms and running internal reports
- Supporting the business team with general administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Accurate and fast typing speed.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
