SALES NEGOTIATOR– Residential Estate Agency
Location: Chobham, GU24
Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A fantastic opportunity for a determined, enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a successful independent Estate Agency based in the Chobham area.
The company can be flexible about the level of candidate that they are seeking, but ideally and as a minimum, the candidate will have some previous experience in Estate Agency, be driven, self-motivated and have a proven track record in negotiating deals and spotting sales opportunities.
You will have a genuine passion for property and have a natural flare at building long standing relationships with clients.
You will be smart, well-spoken, highly articulate and have your own car. Local knowledge would be helpful.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Previous residential sales experience
- Articulate, well-spoken and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Chobham and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
