Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all buildings, services, and facilities across our site
- Work hands-on to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance issues
- Lead, manage, and support a small in-house team and any external contractors
- Plan and deliver routine preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Work closely with the production team to ensure the facility supports efficient operations
- Manage budgets, maintenance records, and equipment inventory

Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience in a maintenance or engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems – electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural
- Previous experience managing or leading a small team or contractors
- Ability to balance practical work with strategic planning and compliance oversight
- Proactive mindset with excellent organisational skills
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are advantageous
