The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR project management, with a specific focus on Oracle HCM.
- Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager in the HR domain
- Demonstrable expertise in Oracle HCM (Ideally with Redwood)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ideally with AI / Digital assistance experience
