About the role

As the IT2A Academy Manager, you will manage our unique learning and development ecosystem, empowering our technology professionals to build and enhance their skills, ensuring they stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand capabilities required to deliver IT2A's strategy, identifying gaps and working with internal and external training partners to create efficient and effective solutions.

What you'll need to have

  • Proven experience in training and development in an IT context
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail and data analysis
  • Engaging, proactive and enthusiastic self-starter

It would be great if you also have

  • Passion for professional development (ideally in IT) with personal commitment to learning
