One of the UK's largest Water Treatment brands are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their busy contracts services team! Are you an Admin Wizz? Located in High Wycombe with parking on site!

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

  • Assist with completion and return supplier forms / questionnaires
  • Updating customer portals.
  • Own the process of identifying opportunities through to closure by using any and all information currently available.
  • Assist Contracts Service Manager in maintaining a forecast of the relevant opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and legislations.
  • Further understanding of relevant markets and technologies.
  • Giving pricing on products and services.
  • Preparing and sending quotations
  • Order processing
  • Assist with the ordering and shipping of spare components.
  • To take on specific service-related projects seeing them through to completion. This would involve providing regular updates to senior management either verbally or in written report format.
  • To complete and regularly update all paperwork and databases: to track and monitor customer sites as directed by the Services Contracts Manager via the CRM system for the effective running and monitoring of services activity.
  • Order processing on Sage - dependent on experience
  • To enhance your knowledge through regular training:
  • Product Service Application
  • Industry knowledge and 'route to market'
  • To have a statutory duty to observe all health and safety rules and to take all reasonable care of your own safety and the safety of others who may be affected by your actions
