The candidates core responsibilities will consist of:
- Delivering a high-quality and consistent service tailored to the community.
- Experience of project lettings and property inspections.
- Ability to self-manage own workload
- Multi-agency working
- Fire risk assessments
- Supporting vulnerable adults
- Carry out customer visits
- Knowledge and understanding of Homelessness Reduction, Housing and Homelessness Legislation, Case Law and guidance
- Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Legislation, Housing Act and Protection from Eviction Act.
A driving licence is essential
