Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join their dedicated team in September 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an engaging and stimulating curriculum that inspires our Year 3 pupils to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students.
- Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and setting achievable targets.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students' learning and well-being.
- Participating in school activities, events, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the ongoing development of the school's curriculum.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Key Stage 2.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
