Position: IT Business Analyst
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum

What You'll Be Doing:
As an IT Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Senior Business Analyst and project teams to ensure IT projects meet the strategic needs of the organisation. You'll use your analytical skills to translate business needs into solutions, ensuring successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and analysing business requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
- Supporting the Senior Business Analyst in the delivery of IT and digital projects.
- Developing business cases, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Collaborating with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Conducting feasibility studies and options appraisals to inform decision-making.
What You'll Need:
- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in delivering business analysis within IT projects.
- Strong skills in business analysis tools, data analysis, and process mapping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work to tight project deadlines with a focus on quality.
