Administrator - Role and Responsibilities
- Answering the telephone and routing calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors to Head Office
- Sort and distribute mornings post
- Arrange and take notes in company meetings
- Check and input time sheets and distribute payslips
- Emailing internal and external stakeholders
- Filing, matching delivery notes to invoices, and holiday requests
Administrator - Skills and Abilities
- Previous experience as a receptionist / administrator
- Familiarity with admin duties (time sheets, invoices, note taking, holiday forms)
- Professional appearance and telephone manner
- Microsoft Office and computer literacy
