Day to day duties of a Customer Care Co-ordinator:
- Conduct customer focused research to personalise experiences
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Gather critical customer feedback to shape the company's strategies
Requirements of a Customer Care Co-ordinator:
- Experience in a similar role (desired, but not essential)
- Highly organised - can manage own workload efficiently and multitask
- Good IT skills including Office 365, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
