Location: South West London
This is a band 6-7 position for an O.T with Neuro experience looking for an immediate start in a full-time position
Start date: ASAP-2 months
Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:30-16:00
Essential:
- The candidate must have good experience working with patients with neurological conditions including stroke, head injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis & progressive conditions.
- The candidate will need experience in rehabilitation and the management of long term conditions.
- Community experience
- Experience working with adults & older adults
Desirable:
- Car driver & car that can use for this post. Seeing patients with a Sutton GP, both in their own home, care homes & in the community as required
Assessment & treatment / intervention of patients with Neurological conditions in the community setting.
