The Role:
As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will be an integral part of their vibrant team, working closely with experienced professionals to support the conveyancing process. This is a fully office-based role in an open plan office, ensuring a collaborative and dynamic working environment.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a team of two, working alongside a Case Manager.

Handle incoming and outgoing post.

Send documents to clients.

Progress files efficiently and effectively.

Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients.

Manage phone communications with clients and stakeholders.

Depending on experience, take on additional responsibilities such as:

Conducting property searches.

Preparing contract packs.
-
Managing exchange and completion processes.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Essential: Previous experience in conveyancing.
- Ability to support junior staff and new team members.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to managing workloads and client interactions.
