Business/Customer Service Data Analyst

A thriving and successful manufacturing business in Sheffield has created a new role (due to said success), to support the Customer Service team, as a Data Analyst.
Your new role
This is not a customer service position, this is a customer service data analyst role, so it is essential that you have had experience in a similar role (ie: data/business analyst). The duties will be:-

  • To test and implement new processes before they are rolled out to the team
  • Real time management of workload/live data
  • Collecting data and preparing reports on customer complaints and enquiries
  • Promoting/creating continuous improvement principles
  • Preparing monthly reports and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Preparing recommendations and presenting to the Customer Services Manager
  • Getting involved in customer-focused projects

As this role is brand new, it is a chance to make it your own!

What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked in an analytical role previously and have intermediate Excel skills. Ideally, you will have used a CRM tool such as Salesforce but this is not essential. You will have first-class communication and written skills.
