Customer Interaction Advisor

RS Components in Corby are looking for Contact Centre Representatives to join their busy Customer Interaction Department.

This position will be on a temporary ongoing basis with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

We have various shift options available starting from 25 hours per week upto 37.50 hours per week.

The Training will be for approx. 7 weeks and the hours will be 9am - 3pm Monday - Friday. After this has finished you will then go on to your shift rota.

Some of the shifts you will be required to work occasional evenings up until 10:30pm/weekends and 2 x Bank Holidays per year

Your main duties to include:

  • Handling customer enquiries via incoming telephone calls.
  • Identifying and ordering spare parts/ accessories.
  • Cross selling where applicable

You will have the below skills/experience:

  • Possess strong communication skills - both verbally and written
  • Be confident, and able to use own initiative
  • Have a good attention to detail
  • Be highly customer focused
  • Be computer literate
  • Be flexible
  • Have a positive attitude

Hybrid working potentially may be available after 12 weeks dependant on business needs.
