We are looking for a food loving, enthusiastic Head Chef to join this new opening. The right Head Chef will have experience working in a Country pub with 2AA Rosettes with a goal of bringing in that standard to the Restaurant, used to working at high volume, and working with fresh, seasonal produce. The right Head Chef will have full menu autonomy and have the creative freedom to put their mark on the business.
