Key Responsibilities for the role of TIG Welder
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel frames and sheet metal components with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure all welding work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Utilise polishing skills to refine and finish welded components (polishing experience is desired but not essential).
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements for the role of TIG Welder
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in TIG welding, specifically with stainless steel.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Starting from £14.50 per hour.
- Overtime: Earn 1.5x rate for overtime and 2x rate for Sunday shifts if Saturday is worked.
- Work Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Fridays, giving you a great work-life balance.
