Office Manager Bromley £27000+bonus Immediate Start

Our client, a leader in their field, is looking to hire an Office Manager to join their warm, friendly, progressive team within their head office based in Bromley, Kent.

The main purpose of the role is to oversee the day-to-day running of HQ and their satellite office in London Victoria, ensuring that the staff, equipment and facilities are well maintained and functioning smoothly.

You will also work alongside the sales team to assist with generating quotes for customers, manage the renewals database ad help to create an efficient and professional, customer service.

What will you be doing?

  • Day to day office management
  • Order and maintain office supplies, equipment and furniture
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors and service providers
  • Provide general administration support to the management team
  • Work with the sales team to help generate quotations
  • Manage warrant and licence renewals
  • Liaison with customers and suppliers to ensure highest quality of service

What do you need to be successful if the role of Office Manager?

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager gained from an SME
  • Superb customer service and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent team player - able to contribute ideas and support fellow team members
  • Understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good numerical skills
  • Problem solver with great analytical skills
  • Good standard of education
