We have a fantastic opportunity for a Temporary Website Merchandising Assistant to join our client's Website Trading Team. If you are detail-oriented, organised, and have a passion for fashion, this role might be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily categorization of products across our client's global catalogues.
- Perform daily checks of the New In and EIP Preview site sections to ensure accurate classification of products.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to optimise sales potential in each market.
- Work closely with various teams, including buying, planning, creative, editorial, and technical, to support merchandising activities.
- Create and launch new designers, coordinating with other teams to manage product launches.
- Oversee the badging process, including Runway, Exclusives, and New Name to Know, in collaboration with the Buying & Merchandising team.
- Conduct daily site-wide audits across multiple platforms (desktop, app, and mobile).
- Perform competitor research on philtre and categorization options.
- Provide ad-hoc support for promotions and campaigns based on business needs.
Essential Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous online visual merchandising experience is a bonus.
- Highly computer literate, preferably with knowledge of website and content management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to show initiative.
- Strong multitasking abilities to meet tight deadlines.
