Rate - 160 - 170 Umbrella Per day
Assistant Estates Officer
Location - Kidderminister, Worcester
Job description:
- documents are understood and followed wherever possible
- Assist in creation and implement departmental procedures and policies
- Follow the directions of Estates management team and Trust SFIs to ensure the Estates budget is followed
- Liaise and communicate and work with the Capital developments department on all aspects of projects that have an estates department impact.
- Participate in site Safe Systems of work act in the capacity of AP, manage CPs and ensure the systems and all required records are maintained in accordance with the relevant standards
- Participate in out of hours Estates Officers on call rota, act as initial contact for any Estates based issues, advise site and off site staff and managers appropriately and if necessary escalate issues that they cannot manage alone.
