Key Responsibilities as a Technical Support Engineer
- Providing technical support to customers via email, phone or video calls.
- Working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process.
- Delivering product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Diagnosing technical issues for the cyber security services.
- Maintaining and updating the system to ensure operational efficiency.
- Escalating and resolving complex technical issues.
Experience and Skills Required
- Experience in a technical support role, ideally in the cyber security industry.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations to clients.
- Knowledge of networking and security principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cyber security certifications such as CompTIA would be desirable.
