This role entails a meticulous and resourceful Finance Manager with a keen eye for data analysis and budgeting in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be expected to lead the day-to-day financial operations of the group and and driving the performance and key initiatives of the department ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Description
- Ensuring accurate and complete Group management reporting on a monthly basis, including analysis of key variances for the assessment of business performance and improvement areas
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
- Preparation of year-end Group statutory accounts
- Manage the external audit process
- Oversee the company's budgeting and reporting, financial planning, and performance monitoring including presentation to the wider Group finance team
- Coordinate the company's auditing processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Implement a robust financial management framework for minimising financial risk.
- Assist Group Finance Director with M&A duties
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Experienced financial professional with leadership skills
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Experience in manufacturing (not essential)
- Experience in large complex business
