Broad Core Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Project Manager, Data Specialist and/or Development Specialist to obtain the customers implementation requirements.
  • Understand the customers' business processes and operational challenges and translate this into a proposed solution.
  • Document and agree requirements, work with relevant teams to ensure delivered on time.
  • Work with the Project Manager to detail the implementation project plan.

The implementation responsibilities could include:

  • System configuration, including setup of customer environments.
  • Configuration of the required access roles, permissions, templates & workflows.
  • Deliver or oversee the delivery of the required implementation.
  • Ensure the implementation is tested and meets the customers' requirements.
  • Escalate any risks or issues to the delivery to the Project Manager.
  • Deliver training to customers system users and offer guidance as needed.
  • Raise any identified system issues with the Technical Delivery Lead / Customer Success.
  • Hand over completed delivery to the Support team as appropriate.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Good understanding and interest of IT principles and applications.
  • Analytical and logically minded.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Diligence and attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent communicator, confident in asking questions and raising issues as they occur.
  • Comfortable to challenge or put forward alternative solutions or approaches.

Nice to have:

  • An understanding of and/or experience of using JavaScript.
  • Experience of using HTML and Visual Studio Code.
  • Experience using Word to create documents with tables & mail merge skills
