Description
- Lead the financial planning and budget management functions.
- Oversee all accounting and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to develop financial strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Provide leadership to the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making at the senior management level.
- Implement new processes and systems to improve financial efficiency.
Profile
A successful applicant will:
- Be Fully Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Have Not for Profit experience
- Strong Finance Business Partnering and budgeting background
