Customer Support Executives - Full time

Location: Farnborough, GU14

Salary: £22,880 - £24,960 with salary progression opportunities.

We are looking for individuals who have recent customer service experience, gained within a call centre or contact centre environment.

The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to provide a consistent, friendly, knowledgeable, and over-all efficient customer service experience to customers.

The Customer Service Team provide excellent customer service via phone, live chat, email and social media, so you'll need to be confident working across several platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

There are 4 set shift patterns available to choose from:

Sunday to Thursday 2pm - 10pm (Fridays & Saturdays off) - £24,960

Tuesday to Saturday 2pm - 10pm (Sundays & Mondays off) - £24,960

Tues 8-4, Weds 8-4, Thurs 10-6, Fri 10-6, Sat 12-8 (Sundays & Mondays off) - £22,880

Tues 8-4, Weds 8-4, Thurs 12-8 Fri12-8 Sat 18-4 (Sundays & Mondays off) - £22,880

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide excellent customer service via email, phone & live chat responses
  • Prompt attention to queries and comments made via social media
  • Answering general technical queries about the website and mobile app
  • Answering queries regarding customer statements and financial activity
  • Provide helpful advice to both parent and child account holders
  • Administrative tasks (monitoring risk alerts, one-off tasks etc.)
  • Support the Customer Service Management Team
  • Customer call backs
  • Responding to social media contacts in Facebook & Twitter & Instagram

What we're looking for:

Successful candidates will have 2+ years of recent call centre / contact centre experience.

As a person, you are a self-starter who is motivated, welcomes challenges, seeks feedback from others, asks "how can I help" and then "how can we make this better", shows perseverance on long-term goals, and generally goes above and beyond in their work.

  • GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths and English (essential)
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Happy working in a committed, busy, team environment
  • Strong IT and computing skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel & Word
