We are looking for a talented and experienced Building Services Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, contributing to the design and maintenance of building systems that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical and electrical systems.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate building services into overall building design.
- Prepare detailed specifications, and drawings for building services projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical and electrical systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and technicians.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building services engineering.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution.
- General understanding of fire stopping requirements associated with building services.
- Knowledge in CAD software and other engineering design tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Commitment to sustainable and energy-efficient building practices.
