Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for an exciting new opportunity? My client, a well-established law firm with a strong presence in Hertfordshire, is seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer (2+ years PQE) to join their busy office in Tring.
The Role: You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Shared ownership
- New builds and lease extensions
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, working closely with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth, efficient transactions.

About You:
- Qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with 2+ years of experience in residential conveyancing.

- A proactive and solution-focused approach to conveyancing matters.
