We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and highly organised experienced Personal Assistant to join our busy administration team in Wolverhampton. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting a successful Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with both new and existing clients, handling queries and service requests professionally.
- Conduct pre-business research to support financial planning and advice.
- Prepare reports for new business and client meetings.
- Assist in the arrangement and preparation of client review meetings.
- Process applications and documentation for life, pension, and investment products.
- Support compliance procedures and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with insurance providers and other third parties.
- Manage diaries and schedule appointments efficiently.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently using your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is essential.
- Proficiency with the Intelliflo back-office system is essential.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
