Digital Workplace Engineer
Are you an experienced AV Specialist or Deskside Support Analyst looking for a rewarding new position?
In this exciting newly created role, you will be working for a leading law firm in London, specialising in meeting room and conferencing technologies as well as IT support.
You will be working on an office transformation project, fitting out new meeting rooms, working with suppliers, and consulting with users of all levels.
You will be helping to deliver support for the AV functions and meeting room technologies whilst working closely with the on-site IT support team.
Key duties:
- Assist with office move / transformation and the deployment of MS Teams
- Provide professional, high-quality, expertise and support to employees for all AV and meeting room equipment
- Provide onsite support for new room device commissioning
- Basic infrastructure / networking support
Personal skills:
- 3+ years' experience in an AV Support or Desktop Support role within a professional services firm
- Must have MS Teams experience
- Self-starter with exceptional customer service skills
- Motivated and enthusiastic
5 days onsite due to the nature of the role with some flexibility to work from home.
