Responsibilities:
- To create engaging content on social media chanels including posts, videos and images
- Promote products, services, content and campaigns through social media to increase brand awareness
- Manage social media channels and facilitate social media communities
- Schedule posts in line with brand identity, tone and message
- Interact with customers and deal with queries effectively
- Form relationships with key influencers across social media platforms
- Grow the social media audience to maximise reach across all channels
- Monitor, track, anlyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
- Liaise with colleagues across departments to ensure branding is consistent
Skills and experience required:
- Experience using social media for marketing and communications
- Experience raising engagment on social media platforms
