TECHNICAL MANAGER | Market Leading Salary Package | Bonus | Chichester Food Park

We have now recruited 2 out of the 3 technical manager vacancies that we posted last month! This is now your chance to secure the last open position!! The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the technical operations and business strategies within our food manufacturing sites at Chichester Food Park. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to ensure the efficient production of high-quality food products, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Natures Way Foods is the leading manufacturer of prepared salads, coleslaw and "food-to-go" for supermarkets and retailers, and as such we work closely with farmers across Europe. But there's lots more to us than the products we make.

Responsibilities

What you get from us:

You will already have:

  • Strong experience in a technical management role within the food manufacturing industry
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes and technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in food manufacturing
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, standards, and regulations
  • Proficiency in project management software and quality management tools.

Qualifications

  • Food Science degree (or equivalent)
  • Food Safety Level 4
