We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our clients finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile supplier invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate purchase ledger records.
- Assist in resolving any invoice discrepancies or queries.
- Support month-end closing activities related to purchase ledger.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
