Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role supports our Year Zero programmes, which span across the Leicester School of Pharmacy and Allied Health Services. Students are taught at De Montfort University International College (DMUIC), an embedded institution within De Montfort University's main campus, you will work closely with staff who support both DMU and DMUIC students. DMUIC provides a wide range of courses, all of which, upon successful completion, enable students to progress to a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at De Montfort University.

As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our students throughout their entire journey, from enrolment to graduation. Your responsibilities will include managing a range of administrative tasks related to students and courses, such as maintaining student and curriculum data, keeping student records up-to-date, responding to student enquiries (both written and verbal), supporting committees, processing assessments, and overseeing the enrolment process. Your support will be instrumental in guiding students through each stage of their academic experience.

Additionally, you will play a key role in student support and will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Faculty Office team.

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be interacting with both students and staff, being a team player is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is highly desirable.
