P/T or F/T HR Coordinator

My client based in the Stourport-on-Severn area is looking to recruit a HR Coordinator on a Permanent basis.

The role could be full or part-time, depending on a suitable candidates requirement

The main responsibilities associated with the role include

  • Managing the recruitment process
  • Managing new starter inductions
  • Supporting Disciplinary process
  • Monitor absences
  • Supporting payroll as required
  • General admin around the HR function

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

  • Previous experience in a similar role ideally within a manufacturing/production environment would be ideal
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • An ability to get on with stakeholders at all levels
  • Good IT Skills
  • An ability to manage workload and prioritize as required
  • Knowledge of the Bradford Factor is essential

The pay-rate on offer is £16.41 per hour
