Your new roleHays Education are looking for SEN specialists to start immediately in Coventry and the surrounding area. There are multiple jobs available, due to the high demand, all of which will require you to support children with complex needs on either a 1:1 or small group basis. The child/ren you will work with will have EHCP plans to follow, you will also liaise with their external agencies.
What you'll need to succeedYou must be a confident, bubbly, friendly and patient teaching assistant. As this role will be working with children with complex needs, you must have experience working in an SEN setting. Whether that be in an SEN school or a mainstream school supporting children with SEN. Ideally, you will have worked with children with ASD, ADHD, non-verbal and those that display challenging behaviours. Ideally, you will be qualified in childcare, but this is not compulsory. Please note that YOU MUST have experience for this job.
