The role and responsibility:

  • A role for a motivated product range salesperson who has good experience within account management and b2b sales
  • Ideally you will be from a large product portfolio background with energy, personality, and ability to spot opportunity and ask the right questions
  • You must be resilient and be comfortable dealing with engineers and manufacturing and industrial clients
  • You will be based in Rugby, once you secure appointments with customers faster you will be out on the road.
  • A split between home, office and field - the more you are out the more you will be home and field based
  • Genuine opportunity to build an account base long term and entertain loyal customers and retain business.
  • The role will start with 10% account management and 90% new business and evolve into a 50 / 50 split or even more towards account management
  • Target years 1 for example depending on your experience will be between 500K and 1million in revenue across account management and new business.
