We are supporting a long-established, highly respected domiciliary care provider that is expanding its operations into the live-in care market. Recently acquired by a new ownership team with deep sector knowledge, including professionals from the medical and live-in care sectors, the business is now investing in its leadership structure to support both service development and geographic expansion.
About the Care Manager Role
This is a pivotal opportunity for a current Care Manager who wants to take their career to the next level. Ideally, you'll be working with a smaller provider currently, and looking to step into a more strategic, well-supported role without the bureaucracy of a large corporate.
As Care Manager, you will:
- Take full ownership of compliance and regulatory duties, including CQC management and safeguarding leadership.
- Oversee staff recruitment, development and management, supported by a strong existing back-office team of 5.
- Lead on client care planning and quality assurance, ensuring person-centred care and operational excellence across both domiciliary and live-in care services.
- Manage day-to-day operations, working closely with three highly experienced Directors, each bringing sector-relevant expertise and hands-on support.
This role emphasises is on building a quality-led service, nurturing teams, and setting high standards as the business grows organically through reputation and referrals.
