As a Compliance Administrator, you will:
- Manage the compliance process from beginning to end, including right to work checks, reference checks and DBS checks
- Manage the process of sponsoring migrant workers and the sponsor management system
- Utilise a variety of systems to extract, analyse and produce management reports
- Liaise with senior management team with any concerns about new starters (DBS, Medicals & References)
- Upload new starters on softworks and any other system as required
- Keep managers updated on pipeline of candidates
To be successful as a Compliance Administrator, you will:
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work
- Be hands on in your approach
- Be able to handle a high volume of administrative tasks
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office & willing to learn new systems
- Have a positive mindset and a can-do attitude
In return, my client are offering an annual salary of £24,000. Please note this is a full-time permanent position!
