The role:
We are looking to hire a Delivery Consultant to join our fantastic Delivery Team! You will be an integral part of a global team working as a technical specialist focusing on qualifying and attracting the very best technical talent across EMEA, which we can then place into our client projects.
You will be while working alongside some of the very best industry experts, with a structured interactive training programme and will partner with some of the world's leading technology organisations (such as Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, Nokia and Vodafone) who are continuing to deliver digital transformation to organisations across the world.
The focus of this role is to source candidates via job board applications, searching and headhunting. You will be passionate about people and be able to effectively match the right person to the right job.
Key accountabilities:
Source, recruit and select external technical resources/consultants in line with client requirements
- Work with Delivery Lead and Account Managers to understand upcoming staffing needs.
- Resourcing contract vacancies
- Building a talent pool of candidates within your own niche vertical
- Liaising with Sales Consultants to prioritise vacancies
- Candidate attraction (social media, online advertising)
- Maintenance of live candidate database
- Arranging interviews and negotiating offers of employment
- Reference checking
- Continued contact with successful applicants and clients
The ideal person
- Some sales experience. Flexible on where this comes from but something where you have to deal with a number of objections on a daily basis and ideally in a commercial/b2b sense.
- You don't mind being out your comfort zone and learning quick, as well as the on the job learning support we offer an industry leading recruitment learning platform.
- Previous experience of working as a recruitment delivery consultant and or experience working within recruitment industry perhaps in a sales support function
- A natural "people person" with great communication and interpersonal skills
- People first approach - everyone who you deal with feels valued and appreciation
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude, and confident working with stakeholders of all levels
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and demanding environment, that develops and changes quickly every day
- Able to take on ownership and act autonomously

- Have strong organisational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks at once·

- Comfortable with learning new systems, understand the changing dynamics across recruitment in different regions, countries, and technical markets.
