The Role
- Managing a commercial recruitment desk.
- Placing candidates within your specialist sector.
- Following the recruitment process.
- Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates.
- Working closely with your clients to develop clients and relationships.
- Business development.
- Working closely with the existing team to ensure mutual targets are achieved.
Ideal Candidate
- Will come from a recruitment background (essential).
- Can demonstrate a track record of success and achievement within the recruitment industry.
- Possesses the ability to build and grow long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Team player with ambition.
