We are currently looking for a Graduate EA to join a corporate firm based near Bond Street. This would suit a graduate with a few years experience. Ideally the EA would have a good typing speed and be flexible to work out of hours when needed. The hours are 9 - 6 and this will be paying £28 - £31 hour.
The role
- Complex and ever-changing diary management
- Making travel arrangements for national and international travel
- Working across time zones
- Screening phone calls and emails
- Ordering office supplies
- Acting as a gatekeeper
