Transport Administrator

Portsmouth
Salary :
£25000 plus a 5% bonus and fantastic benefits
Hours :
37.5 Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm
As a Transport Administrator you will be supporting a specialist team with the movement of fleet vehicles
Your tasks will require to liaise internally and externally with third parties and the client directly.
Key tasks will include :
- To manage email enquiries from clients
- To manage the end of contract agreements and provide advise and support on next steps of action.
- To arrange the collection and inspection of vehicles
- To manage the transfer the sale of a vehicle
- To cross check legal contracts and details
- Undertake the Weekly Stock Reconciliation ensuring all assets are accounted
- Undertake the regular fleet managed customers payments task, ensuring monies are paid and facilitating report publication to the customer.
- Undertake the production of end of contract damage recharge notifications.
- Action customer requests for end of contract collection
- Assist in the day-to-day management of logistic
- Assist in producing Driver Sales quotations, subsequent paperwork, and any resulting enquiries.
- Assist in the accurate and timely production of reports and
- To complete all round administrative tasks
The ideal Transport administrator will have / be.
- Previous administration experience
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to communicate in various methods.
- Be able to work to deadlines and multitask.
- Analytical approach
- Strong problem-solving
- Previous experience within Automotive , transport , fleet would be advantageous but not essential.
