Early Years Practitioner Job Overview:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in caring for young children aged 3 months to five years. Your responsibilities for this job include:

Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: We accept applications from both unqualified and qualified nursery nurses. However, experience within a nursery setting that we can reference is essential.
  • Qualification: A Level 2 or 3 qualification would be desirable, but the key requirement is recent experience (within the last 5 years) in a childcare setting.
  • Attributes: Patience, care, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on children's lives.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team alongside other nursery practitioners.
