Receptionist Job Description

Salary Range: £23,000 - £26,000 per year
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering Calls: Respond to internal and external calls promptly (within 3 rings) and relay messages to appropriate fee earners or secretaries.
- Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors, offer refreshments, and assist with client inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including managing relevant inboxes, processing sales orders, and maintaining reception areas.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and set up refreshments and lunches for meetings as required, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
- Room Management: Clear meeting rooms after use to maintain professional standards.
