We're looking for a highly motivated New Homes Sales Executive to complement our team covering Devon, mainly working at our new homes developments in the Exeter area. The main purpose of this role is to manage our existing portfolio of clients across their shared ownership developments.

Key responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Executive
- To forge and maintain relationships with our developer clients
- Provide unrivalled customer service
- Be part of a customer's journey from Reservation to Completion
- Ensuring are relationships are developed and maintained to a high standard
- Be the central point of contact for the Regional Sales Managers and the Sales Directors
- Be aware of any new sites in the area and evaluate potential opportunities for the company.
Skills and experience required to be a successful New Homes Sales Executive
- Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder / developer or Estate Agency or experience such as Estate Agent, Residential Sales, Lettings Sales
- Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
