This multi-office law firm are now looking for a Legal Secretary to support their Residential team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This highly successful team has grown over the past 24 months and is now looking for additional secretarial and admin support. The Legal Secretary is an integral and valued role and this lovely team are looking forward to working with someone who is proactive, professional and supportive of this busy team. This is an onsite role so you will want to feel part of a team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Legal Secretary:
- Liaising with clients over the phone, email and in person
- Opening and closing case files including ensuring compliance is up to date
- Audio-typing, diary management and other administrative tasks such as printing documents and dealing with incoming post.
- Keeping files up to date including invoicing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent professional and friendly communication skills with clients and colleagues alike.
- Ability to prioritise and manage your time
- Previous experience as a legal secretary is essential
- Knowledge of legal CRM's such as SOS required
